Jana Yeates
CEO
Jana W. Yeates is co-founder and CEO of Employment Enterprises, a national staffing and outsourced HR services firm that started with an initial investment of $10,000 back in the early 1980's, and has recently grown to over $90 million in revenues.
Ms. Yeates has been named Entrepreneur of the Year by Inc. and Ernst & Young, and was inducted into the "Entrepreneur Hall of Fame" at the University of North Carolina.
Ms. Yeates has a long history of being involved in employment-related issues at the State level. She served on Governor Wilder's Small Business Advisory Board and was chairperson of the Quality Workforce Committee which helped produce the Workforce 2000 report for the Commonwealth of Virginia. She is a Charter Member of the Labor Management Relations Committee of the Virginia Employer's Association.
