Nancy Zsebo

Nancy Zsebo Nancy has over 20 years experience in human resources and operational management. She joined Employment Enterprises in September of 1994 and maintains responsibility for local and national human resource functions, underwriting, workers' compensation, insurance development, benefits, government and association relations, and operational functions of our PEO services.
Prior to Employment Enterprises, Nancy was on the director staff of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of the National Capital Area where she held numerous positions - including directing the Membership and Human Resource functions.
Nancy is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has taken advanced courses in employee relations, compensation and benefits, management development, and organizational dynamics. Among other accomplishments, she has been certified as an industrial engineer, has completed quality management courses and has led numerous reengineering applications.
Nancy's civic accomplishments have included:
- Executive Co-Chair of HR Leadership Awards of the National Capital Area.- Honoree of Human Resource Leadership Awards of the National Capital Area.
- Member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM)
- Led the NOVA SHRM's Director/Vice President Special Interest Group
- Published in SHRM and PEO association magazines.
- Member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO)
- Serves on NAPEO's Government Affairs Committee
