Employer of Record

Our Employer of Record services allow us to assume the role of employer of record for your temporary and contract workers.

We hire your workers as our own W-2 employees. We process payroll and pay all of your taxes. And, we also provide company benefits and assume all the other employment related responsibilities such as providing workers' compensation insurance and general and professional liabilities.

This process enables you to put your consultants into a safe corporate relationship where your risk is shared and your liability is reduced.
